Details:

Childs romper, having large armholes and U-shaped outline front and back, with an inset vestee which is slashed and closed at center front. Round neck is finished with a two-piece collar. Short kimono sleeves are sewn to the large armholes and may be trimmed with applied bands or lengthened with sections that are gathered to wristbands. Lower edges of romper are gathered to kneebands. The patch pockets may be omitted.
